Common Area Facilities Requirements
 
We are excited to announce the facilities are now open from dawn to dusk. Cleaning and disinfecting of the pool area will be done by the cleaning crew early every morning.
 
The following rules/restrictions are subject to change, so check back prior to going to the facilities.
• Please continue to observe social distancing and mask wearing is recommended.
• If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or have been asked to quarantine, we ask that you not come to the pool or courts.
• If you have just traveled to central Florida, we ask that you wait at least two weeks before coming to the pool.
• Use of all facilities are at your own risk. We cannot guarantee a disinfected environment.
• Anyone found not abiding by rules, showing disrespect, or present during closed times without the permission of the HOA may be trespassed and/or banned from future use.
 
Playground
The new playground is now open, dawn to dusk. Bringing sanitizing wipes and use of hand sanitizer is recommended.
 
Basketball Court
Basketball court is open. Group play is limited to known associates and family members. Small groups only. If there are two groups, they need to be restricted to separate halves of the court with no interplay. If a third group shows up, groups need to restrict times so that others can enjoy the court. Gate/lock area is only sanitized according to the pool cleaning schedule, so bringing sanitizing wipes and use of hand sanitizer is recommended.
 
Tennis Court
Tennis court is open. Play is limited to known associates and family members. If a second group shows up to play, please coordinate a return time with the current players so all can enjoy the courts. Gate/lock area is only sanitized according to the pool cleaning schedule, so bringing sanitizing wipes and use of hand sanitizer is recommended.
 
Pool
 
Pool is now open seven days a week from Dawn to Dusk
 
Swim at your own risk. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
• Social spacing will still be expected with use of any pool furniture.
• Swimming in family groups preferred.
• Usual pool rules already in existence will be maintained, such as age restriction and adult supervision.
• No un-diapered infants or toddlers.
• No alcohol or glass containers.
• If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or have been asked to quarantine, we ask that you not use the pool. It is expected that many who may use the pool will be considered high risk individuals.
